We are a group of specialists who do integrated consulting on accounting issues and business taxation, providing evaluations that will add value to your business.

With a dedicated core of certified (Japan and U.S.) public accountants, certified tax accountants, and real estate appraisers, Sakura & Co. started up in July 1988, doing comprehensive consulting work in management and financial affairs for businesses and their owners. Since then, the range of services has widened to include asset liquidation/securitization, tax reporting for individuals and companies, business succession, corporate restructuring, business revival, financial product development, M&A, “due diligence” review, fund management, and enterprise valuation.

We are especially proud of the number of asset liquidation/securitization projects we’ve undertaken in Japan and the quality of the results. Separately, Sakura Howa Audit, one of our group companies, has achieved an outstanding record applying its consulting expertise to audits of the leading companies in their field. In addition, we are a member of Crowe Global, the ninth-ranked international accounting firm in the world. Our consulting operations have gone global, extending beyond national borders.

Group History

July 1988: Sakura & Co. established.
June 1998: Group becomes member of global accounting firm 、Horwath International.
December 1998: Urawa (now Saitama) office open.
